Created in 1921, the Bonbonnière, was born first of all under the name of Werder confectionery and started to be made known for the quality of its products. At the end of the last war, Mrs. BISCHOF repurchased the trade, baptized it and gave him its letters of nobility, by the quality of the chocolate products and an attentive service. The customers of the middle-class genevoise, influential in addition made known this small chocolate factory at the regional level and its reputation was propagated beyond the borders of the country.

In 19. The Bonbonnière changed owner again. The shop was entrusted to Mrs. Marguerat who could by her omnipresence maintain the reputation of the Bonbonnière among the chocolate makers of reputation of the country. Her son Pascal, then schoolboy, came to give small blows of hand for the periods of strong activity. Already large consumer of chocolate and in love with this magic product, Pascal was bewitched and decided to make his profession of it after his studies.

After a training in Geneva, it made various training courses in Switzerland and (in particular Lenôtre) in order to improve abroad. In February 1985, he enters to the Bonbonnière and takes the commands of the production. The results are not done :
